International HR Manager w/m 100%




In this function you are fully responsible for the support and consultancy of the headquarter functions in the department and operations (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management), you lead the HR processes for your client groups (e.g. Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation reviews etc) and coordinate processes & projects for the department and operations HR community across the world (e.g. Salary Reviews, Employee Survey follow-up etc.). Furthermore you drive organizational development and change in local and global projects and ensure delivery of HR services which are efficient and compliant with laws, regulations, and policies. You report to the Global Head HR for the department & operations and work closely togheter on HR topics. Also you support local/country HR colleagues and central HR as an active member of the HR community, share best practices and contribute to projects and initiatives


You have a University degree or similar, and a post graduate qualification in HR is preferable. Already 5-7 years of experience as HR professional in a sizable, global organization. You are focused and ambitious to find effective and pragmatic “best practice” HR solutions. Your personality as a self-starter and pro-active approach and a team player makes it easy for you to build relationships and trust. Your strengths are your strong analytical skills and high-quality standards
